I bought a cake from Monginis shop on 23rd February 2025 and that cake was very stale and damaged because of which I had to bear the insult. After half an hour of buying it during the party I went and gave the cake to Monginis shop.The shopkeeper said that this is the case with Monginis cake, you will not get a refund now.

Now I will never buy a Monginis hai cake in my life nor will I let anyone buy one.

I ordered a cake in the morning and didn't receive the cake, though the amount was deducted from my account. A full scam, not expected from Monginis.

Purchased your Ras malai flavoured cake - it was all cream and only three thin biscuit layers of then sponge, cheap hollow cake.

I went to taloja branch cake shop

I took one pastry that wasnt fresh i asked him if it was fresh or no because previous time when i bought it wasnt fresh

I went the mext day and complained about the pastry he was so rude to me saying that it was fresh i said it wasnt and he didnt take it back also

I purchased a rainbow cake from your Monginis store, but it tasted very bad. I returned the cake to your store. My family function was not enjoyable because of this.

I have purchased a chocolate cupcake for 60/- per piece. Two cupcakes were sour. Please give my money back, I couldn't take a bill, sorry for that.

I was regularly visiting monginis outlet for eating my favourite Alpine choco pastry, it was made up of Belgian chocolate before now it is tasting like caramel chocolate. Moreover prices are hiked.

Local pastry r available in 40/50 rupees...

Moreover some r given 100 rs kg cakes in market. Why this quality compromise from such an well known company.

This evening, I bought some products from your Beleghata shop (opposite Ragini Cinema Hall). 1.

Chicken Hot Dog - 2 pcs, 2. Chicken Claws (I think this was the name) - 2 pcs, & 3. Chicken Spring Roll - 6 pcs. The hot dog is fine, and the claws haven't been eaten yet.

Now, my main complaint is the chicken spring roll, which has a bad smell and is totally inedible. I was very disappointed.

I have ordered Dutch choco cake from Girish park Monginis store.. and they have provided completely a wrong product and taking the exact amount of Dutch choco cake...

What type of fraud is this i think Girish park Monginis store is making people fool who are ordering from Zomato.. kindly take action regarding this other wise it will low down your goodwill in market.

I am very disappointed... I went to buy a cake, but there was one person, Ankush Yadav.

I don't know if he works there... But he claims he is a manager and didn't give me a cake. The reason being, I was only asking for the cake's price, and he told me not to ask him for the price. If I wanted the cake, I should buy it; otherwise, leave.

If no action is taken, I am sorry to say that I will file an FIR against your company and him.

Issues - Today, I purchased a choco lava cake from the Monginis branch, and there was a small insect in it. The person who was providing service there took out the worm and threw it in the dustbin.

The other service person was behaving very rudely.
